a better day, perhaps some punctuation too

Awake for most of the night, but at least an absence of nightmares. Some research says we with BPD go into the dream state when asleep far more rapidly than Nons. Perhaps that accounts for the horrendous visuals.

Used the hypnotherapy app on my Android to help, I believe it did - many thanks Relax with Andrew Johnson Lite.

So, jitters, obvs, and hyper-alert: could not sleep because of it. But look, I am aware this sentence began with a But, I'm adding in punctuation, so the worst has passed this time, surely.

Considering there is no DBT available here in South Cambs or Huntingdonshire ... it is time to see if a change in meds is appropriate. Aripiprazole and/or Topiramate perhaps? The Quetiapine does not cut it and the weight gain is an issue that is harming me.
